BY VEHICLE

The Sunrise Celebration site is easily accessible from the main A303 trunk road in South Somerset, between Podimore and Martock services just west of where the A37 (to Yeovil) crosses the A303, and it is clearly signposted for several miles in each direction. The postcode for your route planner is BA22 8PF

The A303 is a fast moving dual carriageway and great care must be taken at all times moving on and off the site. Please heed stewards and obey the signs to maximise your (and everyone else’s) safety.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Come to YEOVIL, which has two train stations and a bus station. The Sunrise Big Red Shuttle Bus serves Yeovil Pen Mill station and Yeovil Bus Station. Yeovil Junction station passengers should catch local service 86 to the bus station to be met by the Sunrise Shuttle.

Shuttle buses to the Festival site will run approximately hourly from 12.00h to 20.30h Thursday 29 and Friday 30 May, and 12.00h to 18.00h on Saturday 31 May. After the last bus get a taxi (£10 - £12 until 23.00h, and £15 - £18 later). To find out when the next bus will arrive call Joethebus on 07836 235273.

To get to Yeovil by train ...

London Waterloo to Exeter line (South West Trains). Station is Yeovil Junction. Services are frequent (approx. hourly), then get service bus 86 to the bus station (we pick you up right where you will be dropped by the local shuttle), or Bristol/Bath/Castle Cary to Weymouth line (First Great Western). Station is Yeovil Pen Mill and services are irregular and rather less frequent. We shall meet most of the trains into Yeovil Pen Mill.

Bournemouth
National Express service 333 leaves Bournemouth Travel Interchange 08.45h arrives 11.05h. Route passes through Poole, Weymouth and Dorchester.

Bristol
National Express service 333 leaves Marlborough Street Bus Station 15.40h arrives 17.15h.

London
Berry’s Superfast 2 service leaves Hammersmith 15.15h (not Sunday) arrives Yeovil 17.55h.
National Express service 040 leaves Victoria Coach Station 12.00h arrives Bristol 14.30h; service 333 leaves Bristol 15.40h arrives Yeovil 17.15h.
National Express service 033 leaves Victoria Coach Station 16.00h arrives Yeovil 20.10h/20.25.

Salisbury
National Express service 033 leaves Salisbury Coach Station 19.00h Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, 18.45h weekdays. Arrives Yeovil 20.10h/20.25h.

SUNRISE BIG RED BUS

Provided for festival goers Yeovil Pen Mill train station and Yeovil Bus station (£3 each way to/from the site). The Big Red Bus also provides a shopping and hole in the wall cash machine access service (£4 return from the festival site). For all enquiries regarding Big Red Bus call Joe Letts on 01963 250874 (before the event) and 07836 235273 (during). We cannot send our buses out to Yeovil Junction station because the road is narrow and unsuitable for large vehicles, so catch the local shuttle into the bus station and meet the Big Red Bus there.

The Big Red Bus is wheelchair accessible. Please help us, though, by avoiding the busiest times.
