Kangaroo Moon seems to be mutating into a many headed marsupial these days. Gigs in Europe and Australia over the past year have featured different lineups, Mark Robson being the only constant, working with many different musicians. With such a dynamic pool of musicians to call on, Kangaroo Moon's musical spectrum has widened more than ever with electro squelchy psychedelic funk, ethno celto folk and everything in between getting a look in. The latest edition to the Kangaoo Moon brand is the KANGAROO KYLIE BAND - ceilidh band with dance caller. Kangaroo Moon weave many strands from world, rock, folk and dance, with acoustic and electronic influences into a funky, psychedelic, heart-lifting wall of sound. Brighton Jams

Brighton Jams is a collective of musicians dedicated to creating improvised live music. Psychadelic funk... ska reggae punk... disco rap blues... bring your dancing shoes. It's all made up on the spot, on stage, under pressure and (usually) under the influence. Members of the Brighton Jams collective have been involved in creating live improvised party music in the south east for many years, under various names & guises. Rosie Doonan

Rosie Doonan is an exciting new singer songwriter. She was raised in Yorkshire within a family of musicians, dancers and performers. Consequently her influences are a heady brew and range from the music of the sixties e.g the stones, Free, Joni Mitchel and Nina Simone and more recently Damien Rice, Sheryl Crow and Portishead. “Moving On” her first solo project perhaps unsurprisingly focuses on making a fresh start and developing new ideas. My family’s geographical migration for at least 4 generations before mine covers China, Mongolia, Siberia, Russia, Germany, Australia, America, Ukraine. My personal input into this migration rush of my predecessors was to extend these roots to the white banks of England. The important thing is to remember who you are, no matter where you live. Malarki are a Brighton based 7 piece funk & reggae band, featuring guitar, bass, drums, keys and some stunning vocals from two female singers. Dirty scavenger is a band, based mainly in brighton, but has been known to wander off occasionally, frequenting to London, various parts of Wales and other locations.. Weird Sleeping Kittens

Weird Sleeping Kittens are a London based electro-acoustic trio formed in 2007 at The St. Ives Arts Festival.
