Conditions Of Entry To The Festival Site

The following rules will be sent out with every ticket bought in advance and given to everybody who purchases a ticket on the gate. They will also be advertised on the website in advance of the event.

CATEGORICALLY NO DOGS.
All persons arriving with a vehicle must park on site in the designated areas. Anybody who does not is liable to have their vehicle removed.
Anybody who it is considered may have parked outside the site could be refused entry.
Anybody arriving on foot may be refused entry. If being dropped off, please ensure this occurs at the assigned drop-off point inside the Holding Compound – a taxi service will ferry people the rest of the way.
We have the right to search anybody as a condition of entry to our event.
Anybody refusing a search will be evicted from site. There is a no return policy on those refusing searches. Amnesty boxes are positioned to allow attendees to voluntarily surrender illegal drugs.
We have the right to confiscate large quantities of alcohol.
An attendee is not to bring any more alcohol than is required for personal consumption.
Any parent of a minor suspected of consumption of alcohol is liable for eviction. Any parent or guardian of a minor suspected of committing or planning to commit an act of crime or anti-social behaviour will be evicted along with those in their care.
We have the right to confiscate PAs, generators, glass and other banned articles. All illegal substances and articles are banned from site.
The organisers reserve the right to change the bill without prior notification
Persons and vehicles suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on site will be searched and subject to eviction.
Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. Anybody found without a wristband is liable to be evicted.
Anybody entering the site is liable to be spot-checked and their wristband scanned for an identity check at any point.
Anybody found to be wearing a wristband that has been tampered with will be immediately evicted by security staff.
The organisers reserve the right to evict anybody they feel is in contravention of site rules, licensing conditions or the event eviction policy.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for damages to persons or property however caused. Their ruling on all matters is final.
Attendees are required to treat others with courtesy and respect.
Anybody entering site on a ticket, crew pass or guest list is liable to be filmed and this film used for commercial purposes at the discretion of the event organisers. This also applies to photographic and audio recordings.

Festivalife Ltd Purchase Policy

Our goal at Festivalife Ltd is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can ensure you can participate in the Sunrise Celebration 2008. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on SunriseCelebration.com This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference. Sunrise Celebration 2008 is an event organised by Festivalife Ltd.

This purchase policy is mostly generic and is provided to make clear, to both purchaser and Festivalife Ltd, the responsibilities and contract entered into when purchasing a ticket. It includes elements which cover possible, but unlikely, outcomes of ticket purchase (like event cancellation) and are included so that it is clear where all parties stand in such instances. Our Purchase Policy reflects those of larger ticket agencies in the UK and we are sure, in the event of any confusion or mistakes, that we WILL do our best to find an amicable resolution. We are, after all, nice people!

In the unlikely event that the Sunrise Celebration 2008 is cancelled, G-Tickets will offer a partial refund of the ticket price but regrets it will not be able to refund either the booking fee or postage costs and must retain a 10% charge to refund tickets in the event of cancellation.

Under no circumstances can the booking fee or postage costs be refunded. When purchasing tickets you are agreeing to the stipulation.

Ticket & Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

Festivalife Ltd sells tickets through its online sales agent G-Tickets and Bristol Ticket Shop. Festivalife Ltd cannot accept any form of liability for errors made by G-Tickets when paying for the tickets. G-Tickets and Bristol ticket Shop will process your payment and are responsible for the dispatch of your tickets to the address you supply during purchase.

Please make a note of whether you purchased your tickets via Bristol ticket Shop or G-tickets to relieve future confusion of where your tickets were purchased in the event of queries or refunds.

This ticket remains the property of the Festivalife Ltd. and is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time. The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorised by Festivalife Ltd), and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes.

Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Festivalife may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

Ticket price includes camping and a full program of entertainment as advertised on the Sunrise Celebration web site. Full program details are to be announced in 2008 and are subject to change at any time without further notice. It does not include food, drink, merchandise or access to any other service not provided as part of the main Sunrise Celebration 2008 programme.

Ticket refunds when bought in error or the ticket buyer cannot attend

Tickets bought in error or deemed unusable if the purchaser cannot attend will be subject to a 10% refund charge if you wish to return them. This 10% covers our labour costs to process your refund and is not a method of extracting additional funds for ticket purchases that are not redeemed for entry to the event. In some cases, the refund charge can be reduced but only after each individual refund case has been reviewed by Festivalife Ltd. and/or our allocated ticket agents.

They must be returned by post to Bristol ticket Shop or G-Tickets (post date) 21st May 2008 to qualify for a refund. The booking fee and any postage costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. G-Tickets are solely responsible for the processing of your refund and remuneration of funds.

Any tickets that are returned for a refund or reported as lost are black-listed and will not be valid at the entrance to the Festival.

Refunds in the event that Sunrise Celebration 2008 is cancelled

In the unlikely event that the Sunrise Celebration 2008 is cancelled, Bristol Ticket Shop or G-Tickets will offer a partial refund of the ticket price but regrets it will not be able to refund either the booking fee or postage costs and must retain a 10% charge to refund tickets in the event of cancellation.

General Ticket Conditions

This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Festivalife Ltd.

Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the management of the event to eject you from the venue.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
If you do lose your tickets or they are stolen, you must tell us as soon as possible so that we can black-list and nullify the tickets and re-issue you with new ones. Failing to do so may result in refused entry to the event.

Tickets are sold subject to the Sunrise Celebration Management team’s (and Festivalife Ltd) right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The unauthorized use of recording equipment is prohibited (except for one's own personal use). Tapes or films may be destroyed if it ascertained that footage is being taken for professional or profit-making services or for public distribution. Laser pens, dogs (except guide dogs) are prohibited and patron's own alcoholic drink is subject to scrutiny on entrance to the Festival (please consult our FAQ section for details on this). The venue owners, Sunrise Celebration 2008 Management Team and Festivalife Ltd accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Pass-outs or re-admissions will be permitted only if patrons abide by the readmission system that will be in place.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience and participants in the Festival and these films and recordings may appear publicly and be distributed and published within the public domain. This includes all forms of broadcast media including radio, television, film, DVD, CD, internet broadcast and any other such media.

Tickets are restricted to a maximum of six tickets (child or adult) per person for any one event (in this instance, Sunrise Celebration 2008). We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.

We will need to contact you by landline telephone if any order or combination of orders exceeds this limit.

Festivalife Ltd shall not have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.

All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

Welcome to Sunrise Celebration.com. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Sunrise Celebration Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Sunrise Celebration and Festivalife Ltd. reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Festivalife Ltd may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Permitted Use

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Festivalife Ltd to do so. The content on this Site is the property of Festivalife and is protected by UK & international copyright laws.

Disclaimers

Festivalife does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Festivalife cannot ensure that files you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Festivalife disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Festivalife will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

Festivalife makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Site.

Festivalife disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Fstivalife members & users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Sunrise Celebration or Festivalife or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the associated ticketing service. Without limiting the foregoing, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included in the Site to Festivalife at legal@sunrisecelebration.com. Ownership of Materials

All materials on Sunrise Celebration and Festivalife's websites are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and world-wide copyright laws. Festivalife's materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without Festivalife's written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited license provision of these terms and conditions, Festivalife does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of copyrights or other proprietary information.

You may download any promotional material offered and print it for distribution. You may not alter the content, design or information contained within the promotional material in any way.

We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit Content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the Content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or public rights). After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to us, and confirmation through court order or admission by the user that they have used this Site as an instrument of unlawful infringement, we will terminate the infringing users' rights to use and/or access to this Site. Prohibited Content

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content which is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes Content that:

Although Festivalife cannot monitor the conduct of its Users off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent.

No Commercial Use

No area of this Site may be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of tickets, merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain our prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not resell or link to other sites for the purpose of selling tickets of any kind. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site. We reserve the right to block access to or cancel a ticket order on any user known or reasonably believed to be associated with any ticket broker or tout, or whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit.

Access and Interference

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Festivalife & Sunrise Celebration web site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own person, non-commercial use) from our website without the prior expressed written permission of Festivalife.

Unauthorized Use of the Site

Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated devise on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

Violation of the Terms

You understand and agree that in Festivalife's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Festivalife may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if Festivalife believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use violated the rights of Festivalife, another User or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Festivalife for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Festivalife may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. Festivalife is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use. Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Festivalife be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if Festivalife has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disputes

This site is controlled and operated by Festivalife from its offices in the United Kingdom. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by English law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in London, England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Festivalife, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
